The Bradley Method classes are a 12 week comprehensive childbirth education series. You will learn what to expect during your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period while having fun!  You will learn how to prepare for a peaceful pregnancy, labor, and birth so that no matter what happens on your journey, you will be confident that you can make the right decision for your family because you will have all of the knowledge and tools necessary to do so.

Come prepared and excited to learn and make new and lasting friendships with other expecting couples. We will go over nutrition, exercises, partner training, creating an effective birth plan, the stages and signposts of labor, relaxation techniques, normalities of pregnancy and birth, complications that may arise and knowing how to respond, breastfeeding, postpartum, and other general parenting topics. You will learn how each of these things can help contribute to your peaceful birth day.

HypnoBirthing is a great choice for moms wanting to learn how to tap into their natural birthing instincts and work with, rather than against, their bodies in labor. Class sessions are 5 weeks in length and each class is approximately 2.5 hours long. Partners are an integral part of the birth experience and are encouraged to practice the relaxation exercises right along with mom. Virtual and private classes are also occasionally available, please inquire directly for availability.
